Pork Chops with Cornbread Stuffing and Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops & Stuffing with Vegetables

6 ounce stove top stuffing, prepared
14 1/2 ounce carrots
4 ounce sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup frozen broccoli (cut)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup water
18 ounce Pork Loin Chops (Bone-in)

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops & Stuffing with Vegetables

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chops in a large bowl. Grease a large cake pan and pour mixture into bowl. Place cheese over top casserole and place chops on top. Cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
