Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops and scallopped potatoes

1 lbs pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 potatoes

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops and scallopped potatoes

Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour over sliced potatoes season with pepper. Bake for 45 minutes. While cooking potatoes, brown pork chops. Then lay pork chops over potatoes and continue cooking potatoes for 45 more minutes.
