8 pork chops, lean 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tsp olive oil 2 large apples, peeled, cored & sliced 16 oz sauerkraut

Recipe Directions for Pork chops with sauteed apples and sauerkraut

  1. sprinkle pork with salt and peper. heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. add pork and cook until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes. transfer to crock pot.

  2. heat remaining ingredients in skillet. add apples and cinnamon. cook, until apples begin to brown. add sauerkraut and remaining ingredients until sauerkraut browns. place on pork in crock pot. let cook on medium heat for 2 hours until pork chops are tender.
