Recipe Ingredients for pork chops & rice

24 oz pork, boneless, thin sliced
5 tomatoes
52 oz cream of mushroom soup
4 cups rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for pork chops & rice

  1. spread 26 oz cream of mushroom soup over bottom of casserole dish

  2. add boneless thin sliced pork chops (about 6)

  3. add chopped tomatoes

  4. top with 26 oz cream of mushroom soup

  5. cook @ 350 for 2-3 hours

  6. serve over cooked rice
