Simple pork chops with apples for flavoring and red potatoes on the side.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork chops with red potatoes

2 pork chops
2 small apples
2 small red potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork chops with red potatoes

  1. Add pork chops to crock pot and cover with slices apples and a small amount of water. Then add potatoes cut into quarters.

  2. Season with parsley, rosemary and other herbs.

  3. Add a small amount of water to cover chop.

  4. Cook on medium for 4 hours.

  5. Heat 1 tbps olive oil, parsley and salt and pepper in fry pan on medium high. When oil is medium hot - add potatoes. Flip potatoes repeatedly to avoid burning. Cook until browned.
