Pork Chops w/ Potatoes & Onions - Baked

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops w/ Potatoes & Onions - Baked

4 3oz boneless pork chops (oz)
1/2 tsp (Lawry's) Garlic Salt w/ chopped parsley & black pepper
1 med Onion - sliced
4 white potatoes - sliced

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops w/ Potatoes & Onions - Baked

  1. Peel & slice onion & potatoes

  2. Lightly sprinkle chops w/ garlic salt & pepper

  3. Place chops in deep baking pan

  4. (I line w/ foil for easier clean-up)

  5. Place onion slices on chops

  6. Place potato slices over onions & chops

  7. Cover w/ foil & bake for 1hr in a 350 degree oven

  8. Serve w/ a colorful vegatable
