5 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
1 teaspoon Oil, Soybean
2 tablespoons Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Ketchup, Low Sodium
1 tablespoon Orange Marmalade Sugar Free Marmalade
1 teaspoon Mustard Seed, Yellow
1 teaspoon Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for PORK CHOPS WITH MUSTARD AND MARMALADE

  1. Directions

  2. 1. Preheat broiler. Spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Broil chops 4 inches from heat source until rare, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside.

  3. 2. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan. Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add water, soy sauce, catsup, marmalade, mustard and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and stir until smooth.

  4. 3. Add pork chops and cover with sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Check often and add water if necessary to prevent burning.
