Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops with Mushrooms and Sour Cream

1 teaspoon olive oil
8 ounce pork chop
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 ounce mushroom
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops with Mushrooms and Sour Cream

  1. Heat the oil in large pan. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook until almost done, about 4 minutes per side. Remove to separate dish and cover with foil.

  2. melt butter and add mushrooms, cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour, paprika and tomato sauce, cook 1 minute.

  3. Add beef broth and scrape bottom of pan to get all the bits from the pork - cook about 3-4 minutes until sauce reduces.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
