3 pork chops, loin, boneless
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
4 oz. button mushrooms
1 cup wine, white, table
40 g dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free
1 salt
1 pepper
1 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops in Mushroom Wine Sauce

Brown chops in pan, brown/saute chopped onion; blend can soup, dry soup, onions, sliced celery, wine in crock pot; add chops and stir; add cracked pepper, salt to taste (not usually needed); cook low 6 hours; serve over brown rice.
