I used 98% Fat Free Soup and boneless pork chops with the least amount of fat I could find on them. The rating is probably better but I couldn't get it to accept the ingredients as I used them.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

4 pork chops, boneless
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 98% Fat Free
1 cup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
8 oz mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.

  2. Mix together well milk, soup, salt & pepper in 8x8 or 11x7 glass baking dish.

  3. Add mushrooms and coat with soup mixture.

  4. Add pork chops, submerge under soup mixture

  5. Bake 1 hour. At half hour flip chops and stir.

  6. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
