A simple recipe for pork chops modified from my mom's recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops and Mushroom Gravy

1 lb pork chops, boneless
1 clove of garlic, smashed
1/2 red onion, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
3 carrots, diced
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, condensed (+one can of water from the empty cream of mushroom soup can)

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops and Mushroom Gravy

  1. Brown garlic in a large pan with a little vegetable oil

  2. Add onions and brown

  3. Add celery and carrots (don't forget to stir)

  4. Cut pork chops into bite sized pieces and add

  5. When pork chops have browned, add the cream of mushroom soup

  6. Add one can of water using the empty cream of mushroom soup can (you might need to add more water than just one can)

  7. Add sliced mushrooms

  8. Add pepper

  9. Let simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally

  10. Eat with rice or potatoes
