Recipe Ingredients for Pork chops w/ mixed peppers

3 Pork chops
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 sweet red pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork chops w/ mixed peppers

  1. Marinate pork chops in ~2 tbsp cider vinegar with season salt and red & black pepper

  2. Slice peppers in short strips

  3. In heavy skillet, begin to sautee peppers with olive oil

  4. When peppers begin to soften, push them to the side & add pork chops

  5. Brown pork chops on both sides

  6. Add remaining 2 tbsp of cider vinegar and cook until pork chops are cooked through, stirring periodically
