Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops Marsala

24 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
2 serving White Cooking Wine
3 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 Teaspoon Thyme
4 oz 99% Fat Free All Natural Chicken Broth Rtsb
4 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops Marsala

  1. 1. Heat 2 tsp oil in 12 inch skillet on med heat.

  2. 2. Cook seasoned chops until brown on both sides, but still slightly pink in the middle.

  3. 3. Set chops aside, but keep warm.

  4. 4. In same pan, heat remaining oil for 1 minute.

  5. 5. Add mushrooms, onions, wine, and broth. Cook about 3-4 minutes.

  6. Serve chops with sauce.
