Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops with Fruit

1 serving Strawberries Whole Unsweetened
1/2 cup Sliced Yellow Cling Peaches

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops with Fruit

  1. Spray a skillit with PAM or similar product. Sear 4 boneless pork chops sprinkled with freshly ground pepper until no pink in the middle.

  2. Pour liquids from 1 can peaches [15.25 oz] over chops.

  3. In a separate bowl, add peaches, 1 cup raspberries and 1 cup strawberries. Chop into small pieces.

  4. To serve, pork chops should be garnished with fruit.
