1 egg
1 cups, crushed saltine crackers
32 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Center Loin (Chops), Bone-in

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops, Fried

  1. Scramble one egg and crush the crackers until they are crumbs.

  2. Dip the pork chop in the egg and bread with the crackers.

  3. Heat vegitable oil using medium heat, place pork chop in the vegitable oil and cook evenly on both sides.
