Pork chops with a taste of autumn

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops for Fall

4 pork chops, lean
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
4 cups spinach, raw
1 sweet potato
2 potatos
1 apple
1 tomato
1/4 cup wine
1/2 cup basil

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops for Fall

Season chops with your choose of seasonings (I use Penzey's Northwoods Fire). Brown both sides in oil. Remove chops, saute onions, add spinach and tomatoes. Add wine and both types of potatos, simmer until potatos are tender. Add chops and cook for another 5 minutes.
