Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops with Creamy Herb Gravy

24 ounces boneless pork loin chops
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2/3 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons water

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops with Creamy Herb Gravy

  1. Brown pork chops in non-stick skillet until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.

  2. Add flour, bouillon, parsley and thyme to pan. Gradually stir in milk and water and heat 'til thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve chops with gravy.
