Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops with Chervil Sauce

32 ounce Pork Chops
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Butter
1 small Onion, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 tbsp. Fresh Herbs, chopped
2 cups White Rice

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops with Chervil Sauce

  1. 1. Season Pork Chops, heat oil in skillet, cook the chops about 20 minutes, flipping on both sides.

  2. 2. Scrape skillet and return to heat, add butter then onion, stirring and scraping, add beef broth and stir, add red wine, add herbs.

  3. 3. Reduce the sauce over medium heat until it thickens. Add seasonings, spoon sauce over pork chops. Serve with buttered rice.
