Baked pork chops and brown rice in cream of chicken soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops and Brown Rice

16 oz Pork Chops
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cups Brown Rice
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
2 cups Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops and Brown Rice

  1. Salt and pepper pork chops.

  2. Sear both sides of chops.

  3. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes. Flipping halfway through cooking time.

  4. Prepare brown rice according to package directions. Exchange water in directions for the cream of chicken soup.
