24 oz is 6 small boneless chops 142 is 1/2 can beef broth

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops (Boneless) with Mushroom Sauce

24 oz pork chops, boneless
284 ml cream of mushroom soup
142 ml consomme
1 large onion, diced
1 cup water
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops (Boneless) with Mushroom Sauce

  1. Panfry pork chops in 1 tbsp olive oil. Put into a casserole dish and set aside.

  2. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan and panfry onions til translucent (about 1/2 done).

  3. Pour over chops.

  4. Mix soups in the pan with water and wine. When heated to boiling pour all over chops and onions.

  5. Add 1 tsp rosemary if desired, or other seasonings.

  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until well done.
