Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chops w/ Apples & Onion

4 pork chops
2 golden delicious apples
2 onions
3 tbsp apple cider
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Pork Chops w/ Apples & Onion

Add olive oil cooking spray to pan and heat. When ready add 2 sliced onion and saute until tender and golden brown; remove from pan. Add apples to pan and cook until tender. Add sugar and butter to pan and cook apples until glazed; remove from pan. Cook pork chops about 4 minutes on each side. Return apples and onions to pan and heat through. Add apple cider and cook until bubbling.
