Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Supper

2 pork chops
1/2 medium onion
1 large potato
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
4 oz mushroom
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 cup pea
1 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Supper

  1. Brown pork chops in pan on both sides

  2. Meanwhile chop potato up and place in crockpot on low heat

  3. Mix soup, mushrooms, wine, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and flour in a bowl and pour half over potatoes

  4. Place pork chops over potatoes and pour the rest of the sauce over the pork chops

  5. Cook for 6 hours on low

  6. Add peas and corn, cook for 5-10 minutes to heat vegetables up

  7. Serve
