1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Vegetables, Mixed
0.5 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.15 small Onions
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
16 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
1 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
8 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 serving Minced In Oil Garlic
6 chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw chop, with refuse, weig Pork, Fresh, Loin, Center Rib (Chops), Boneless

Recipe Directions for pork chop stirfry with mixed vegtables and white rice

season pork to liking, then broil @ 300 degrees for 40 min, fliping over halk way. 30 min into broil, add kidney beans and mixed veggies to pre-heated pan. add garlic. when pork chops are done, cut into 1 inch strips and add to pan with tomato sauce. cook fo 10 min or until done to liking. cook rice to liking.
