11.36 oz Silver Platter Pork Loin
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Soup, Chicken Broth
1 cup Orange Juice
1/4 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
0.19 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for pork chop skillet dinner

  1. 1. heat oil in 10" skillet over meduim-high heat. Add pork and cook until well browned on both side.

  2. 2. Add onion and rice to skillet and cook an stir iuntil rice is browned. Stir in broth, orange juice, and 2tbsp. spinach and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20min. or until pork is cooked through and rice is tender,

  3. 3. Top with orange slices and sprinkle remaining spinach.
