Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop

1 pork chop
1 cup potatoes, baked
1/4 cup garlic
1 dash of salt and pepper
1 pinch of thyme

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop

  1. Cut potatoes, skin garlic, add to ovenproof dish.

  2. Add a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper and thyme.

  3. Bake for 40-60 minutes.

  4. Season and fry chop.
