Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Pizzola

8 oz pork chops
1 yellow pepper
3/4 cup mushrooms
7 oz can tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Pizzola

  1. Cook tomatoes until slightly reduced

  2. brown chops in oil 5 min per side

  3. add garlic,sliced yellow pepper and sliced mushrooms. cover and cook 5 min

  4. add wine,oregano and tomatoes.

  5. cover and cook 35-40 min.

  6. may thicken gravy with wondra
