Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop with Mushrooms Marinara

4 ounces pork chop, deboned
1/2 onion, yellow, medium
3 cloves garlic, fresh
6 1/2 ounces mushrooms
1 cup marinara sauce

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop with Mushrooms Marinara

  1. Spray oil in pot to heat.

  2. Brown pork chop on all sides and remove

  3. Saute onion until translucent

  4. Add garlic and saute one minute

  5. Add marinara sauce, pork chop and mushrooms.

  6. (Add water if necessary as it cooks)

  7. Simmer until pork chop very tender.
