Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Gravy

15 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Chicken Rub
1 tbsp Sage, Ground
5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
8 tbsp Regular Stick
0.5 cup Wondra Flour

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Gravy

Brown tenderloins in olive oil and sprinkle with Emeril Seasoning. Cook until done through and a little crisp on both sides. Cut into small chunks and return to pan (deep chicken fryer works best) with margarine and chopped onion. Saute onion until translucent. Add flour to make a roux. Stir in milk slowly. Add sage and stir occasionally until thick and bubbly. Serve over bread, toast or biscuits.
