Slow cooker recipe for boneless pork chops

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Combo

30 ounce boneless pork chops
15 ounce tomato sauce
5 small yukon gold potatoes, cubed
5 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
3 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Combo

  1. Place potatoes in the bottom of the cooker, followed by carrots, onions and then chops. Pour tomato sauce over all.

  2. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours
