Pork Chop Casserole that my mom made for me when I was a child. It's very good and very easy! Even my kids love it!

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Casserole

3 oz(85 g) Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1/2 cup(61 g) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
0.25 cup(126 g) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 slice American Singles

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Casserole

  1. Pork Chop Casserole

  2. Preheat oven to 400

  3. Put pork chops in pan and salt and pepper them

  4. Dice up onion and put them on top of the pork chops

  5. Cut up about 4-5 medium potatoes and slice then

  6. Add the potatoes to the top of the pork chops and onions

  7. Mix up the cream of mushroom soup with water and heat in the microwave until warm.

  8. Pour on top of the casserole.

  9. Add salt and pepper as needed

  10. Put aluminum foil over casserole

  11. Cook the casserole for approximately 500 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  12. When potatoes are tender add cheese and put in the over for about 10 minutes.
