Pork Chops, potatoes, veggies in Cream of Mushroom soup

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Casserole

8 pork chops
4 potatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
12 oz frozen green beans
12 oz frozen broccoli
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Casserole

Fry pork chops in oil until almost done. Slice potatoes thinly. Mix milk, soup, sour cream. Layer 1/2 of soup mix with potatoes (several layers). Put pork chops on those layers. Mix rest of soup mix with veggies and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake @ 400 for 30-40 minutes.
