Recipe Ingredients for Pork Chop Bake

3/4 cup rice, white, long grain, regular
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 1/4 oz mixed vegetables
1 lb boneless pork chops
10 3/4 oz Cream of Chicken Soup, Campbells

Recipe Directions for Pork Chop Bake

Mix water, rice, soup, pepper and mixed vegetables in 11 x 8 shallow baking dish. Add pork chops on top. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes until chops and rice are done.
