Leftover Bonanza! Dreamfields Elbows, fresh herbs

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Casserole

1 1/2 lb boneless pork
13 1/4 oz Dreamfields elbows
1 onion
1/4 c carrots
1 tbs sage
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbs parsley
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 oz jack cheese
1/4 c almond meal
3 oz Soy milk

Recipe Directions for Pork Casserole

  1. Cook and drain pasta

  2. Cube left over pork chops

  3. Dice onions and saute

  4. In mixing bowl add meat, herbs, soy milk, almond meal and stir

  5. Add in pasta + cheese, salt and pepper

  6. Mix and place in casserole dish

  7. Bake for 20 mins @ 350

  8. Finish in broiler for 3-4 mins
