This is a slow cooker recipe for the filling for pork carnitas. So easy. So delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Carnitas

1.88 lb pork tenderloin
7 oz diced tomatoes
10 oz rotel
8 oz salsa
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Pork Carnitas

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Set to low for 8 hours. Remove pork and shred. Add back some/all of the sauce depending on how you like it.
