Recipe Ingredients for Pork Carnitas Quesadillas

64 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Whole
1.25 oz Taco Mix
2 medium Red Onions
2 teaspoon Chopped Garlic Cloves
12 oz Salsa
32 oz Chicken Flavored Stock
2 serving Benita Flour Tortillas
11.993 oz Happy Farms finely shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pork Carnitas Quesadillas

  1. cut pork loin into three segments and place in slow cooker.

  2. Add red onion, garlic, salsa, taco mix, and chicken stock. (add jalapenos for spiceness).

  3. Cook for 4 hours in crock pot on high setting and for 8 hours on low.

  4. Pork is done when it shreds easily. Shred Pork.

  5. Heat up Quesadilla Maker.

  6. Add Flour Torillas, pork, then cheese and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. Top with Sour Cream and cheese before Serving. Serve with Black Beans, Guacamole and Spanish Rice.
