Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Cabbage

3 pound pork loin roast
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 head cabbage, thin slice
24 baby carrots, thin slice
2 teaspoons caraway seeds

Recipe Directions for Pork and Cabbage

  1. Pat roast dry, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Brown roast in Olive Oil.

  3. Cover and roast ~3 hours.

  4. Rest the meat for ~10 minutes, then shred.

  5. Discard any fat from pot, add vegetables and caraway

  6. Serve with your favorite mustard.
