Recipe Ingredients for Pork Burgers

450 g minced pork
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp marjoram
1 egg
20 g breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Pork Burgers

  1. Mix all the ingredients.

  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry a little piece to check the taste. Season meat if necessary.

  3. Form medium burgers (or any size you want. don't do them too big, food tastes better if you eat less) and grill them or fry in the oil (about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending how flat they are). If you are not sure if burgers are cooked properly inside, put them in a microwave for 2 minutes.

  4. Serve in salad or on a bun, whichever way you want. I always mix 1 tbsp of ketchup with 1 tsp of mild mustard for dressing.
