Recipe Ingredients for Pork burgers with pickled peaches

3/4 pound peaches
1 small red onion
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/4 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for Pork burgers with pickled peaches

  1. pit, peel, and chop peaches

  2. slice half of red onion finely

  3. add vinegar and water to saucepan

  4. add 1 T mustard and peaches, and s&p to taste

  5. simmer peached 5-7 minutes

  6. set aside to cool

  7. mince other half of onion

  8. mix onion, 1 T mustard, and parsley with ground pork

  9. form into burgers

  10. grill, pan fry, or broil

  11. serve and enjoy!
