Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Black Bean Chili

1 pound boneless pork loin roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
16 ounces salsa
30 ounces black beans
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano

Recipe Directions for Pork and Black Bean Chili

  1. Add all ingrediants to a slow cooker

  2. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

  3. Serve over rice
