Recipe Ingredients for Pork, bean and kale stew

9 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 cup Pinto Beans, Organic
1 cup, chopped Kale
4 serving Southwest Chipotle Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
0.13 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Pork, bean and kale stew

  1. fry pork in its own fat for 5 min each side

  2. sprinkle flour over pan and pork, let fry and brown

  3. put in seasoning to taste

  4. cook on low for 4 hours covered

  5. pour in beans with juice

  6. cook all to a boil all the while pulling the pork apart, should be very tender and cut with a rubber spatula

  7. tear up kale into small pieces throw in to bubbling mass

  8. serve
