Stir fry pork with asparagus, yellow pepper and red onion in a sweet soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Asparagus Stir Fry

1 lb pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cup asparagus
1 yellow pepper
1/4 red onion
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 1/5 tbs corn starch
1 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Pork and Asparagus Stir Fry

  1. brown pork in wok

  2. while meat cooking mix chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar and cornstarch in small bowl

  3. add sliced veggies to wok, cover and cook for 3 minutes

  4. add sauce and cook for 2 more minutes
