1000 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Whole
8 tbsp Sauce Soy
1 cup Vinegar distilled
6 clove Garlic
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

  1. Cut the pork into cubes

  2. Put all the ingredients in a pan

  3. Boil for 40mins or until pork is tender
