An old favourite, to serve with mashed potatoe.

Recipe Ingredients for Porcupines

500 g beef mince
1/2 cup (35g) fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 cup (100g) rice
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon paprika
300 g tomato soup
1 cup (120g) frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Porcupines

  1. Mix mince, breadcrumbs, pepper, rice, egg, paprika and then form into small balls.

  2. Place in dish, mix 1 cup water with soup and pour over soup and cook, almost at the end add the peas.
