Recipe Ingredients for porcupines

1 can tomato soup
1 lb ground beef
1/2 yellow onion
1/3 cup white rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for porcupines

  1. finely chop onion

  2. knead onion, uncooked rice, salt and pepper into beef

  3. mix soup with one can water in a large pot

  4. make small (1/8 cup or so) meatballs and drop into pot

  5. stew on medium heat for 45 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through the center

  6. makes about 20 meatballs (which I entered as the serving size for ease of calorie counting)
