Recipe Ingredients for Porcupines

2 pounds lean ground turkey
4 1/2 cups water
1 egg
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 cup flour
2 pounds potatoes

Recipe Directions for Porcupines

  1. combine chicken rice-a-roni, turkey and egg.

  2. form into meatballs.

  3. brown in skillet.

  4. add 3 1/2 cups water, seasoning packet from rice and one bouillon cube.

  5. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

  6. prepare mashed potatoes.

  7. prepare thickening agent using 1 cup of water and 1 cup of flour.

  8. remove meatballs and add thickening agent slowly to gravy.

  9. stir until thickened and serve with prepared mashed potatoes.
