Recipe Ingredients for Porcupine Meatballs

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Porcupine Meatballs

  1. Combine ground beef, onions, and rice. Make into meatballs--about 10.

  2. Put into a 9X13 pan and add two cans of soup.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.

  4. Serve with mashed potatoes.
