Recipe Ingredients for Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb. ground venison
1/2 cup rice
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 dash of pepper
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Porcupine Meatballs

Mix first seven ingredients together, shape into balls. Pour mixture tomato juice and water over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
