An easy to make meal using items you probably have in the kitchen.

Recipe Ingredients for Porcupine Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 raw egg
1 tablespoon snipped parsley
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Porcupine Meatballs

  1. Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup of the condensed tomato soup.

  2. Mix thoroughly; shape into about 20 small balls and place in skillet.

  3. Mix remaining soup, water and worchestershire sauce; pour over meatballs.

  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
