Swedish meatballs. Great on noodles or rice

Recipe Ingredients for Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1/2 c minute rice
1/4 c dried minced onion
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Porcupine Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole with a cover. Mix together the first 5 ingredients and form into 12 balls. Place meatballs into casserole. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat just to boiling; pour over meatballs. Cover and bake for about 45 minutes or until visible rice is tender when pressed lightly between fingers.
