Recipe Ingredients for porcupine balls

1 cup rice
1 lb hamburger
8 oz tomato sauce
1 large onion
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for porcupine balls

  1. Combine rice, diced onion, water and hamburg in large bowl. Mix well together.

  2. Form into 2 inch balls and place in a casserole dish. Cover with 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of water. Bake at 400F for 50 min (covered) remove cover and continue baking for 10 more min.
